30 Day Return Policy

At RockMarq, we are committed to ensuring our customers' complete satisfaction with their custom-made ring purchase. That's why we offer a 30 day return policy for any unworn, unaltered, and non-customized items.  This allows our customers to shop with confidence and peace of mind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your ring, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team, and we will provide you with instructions for the return process. Please note that the ring must be returned in its original unworn, unaltered condition and packaging, and that the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  Please make sure you place a tracking number on your return as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered returns.  Please note that customized items, including engraved rings, are excluded from this policy and won’t be accepted for returns or exchanges at any time.  Engraved rings are considered a final sale because the personalized and unique nature of the engraving means that they cannot be resold.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

We warrant that your custom-made ring will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. To give you peace of mind when ordering a custom ring from us, we offer a special warranty that covers FREE repairs for life. These include:

  • Refinishing to smoothen out scratches accumulated over time
  • Minor defects such as chipping or loosened stones
  • Material resealing & Polishing Cleanings

Exclusions and Limitations

We reserve the right to cancel your warranty if we encounter any abuses to our policy, such as false defect claims. The warranty is limited to the free repairs and services listed above and won't cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, harsh chemicals, unique environmental conditions, abuse, misuse, loss of the ring, or size changes after weight gain or loss.

We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability ring, or for any breach of this warranty. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the ring.  

How to Make a Claim

To make a claim under this warranty, please contact us by email or phone. We may ask you to provide pictures of the ring and a description of the problem. If we determine that the ring is defective and covered by this warranty, we will provide instructions on how to return the ring for repair or replacement.

Governing Law

This limited warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.  Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Florida.  This limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to your custom-made ring, and supersedes all other warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
